Ongoing management
We review your roof or land, your electricity use and the local grid connection, free of charge.
We present a proposal, then agree a Power Purchase Agreement or lease, with a fixed or inflation-linked price.
We arrange the funding and manage installation through accredited partners, including grid connection and health and safety.
We maintain, insure and monitor the system for the full agreement.
Answers for property and finance directors
What does it cost me? Nothing upfront. You pay only for the power you use, or you receive rent. Who owns the panels? We do, through the project, for the length of the agreement. What happens if I sell the building or move? The agreement can transfer to the new owner or occupier, and there are agreed options to buy the system.
What happens at the end of the contract? You can extend, buy the system at a low value, or have it removed at no cost. Who maintains the system? We do, including repairs, insurance and monitoring. How long does a project take? Rooftop projects usually take a few months from survey to switch-on. Solar farms take longer because planning permission and a grid connection must be secured first.
Big roof? Spare land? Let's see what it's worth.
We work only with businesses, landlords and landowners, not households. Get in touch for a direct, director-led review.
